We have had nothing but issues since WM purchased our previous trash vendor. I've been transferred back and forth between offices to set up a new service location with no one knowing which phone number I should call. We've also made 4 LONG HOLD phone calls to correct a billing issue in WM's favor and it STILL hasn't been fixed. I'm reassured each time that the adjustment will be made to our account and that the error will be corrected so that the future amount billed will be correct. After 4 phone calls it still hasn't been fixed. Any volunteers to make a 5th phone call them for us?
I had my trash container by the curb by 5 pm on SUNDAY, and I have 5 neighbors to verify this, but my trash was NOT picked up, so by Monday 3 pm I called and I was told that the "driver" had put in the report that my container was not out!!!! Big lie to cover his Butt. I was told that trash will be picked up . It is after 10 pm and still no pick up
