Offerings from the sea include Australian and Maine lobster, broiled salmon and seared tuna. To tempt and prepare the palate, Guests may choose to begin with caviar, bacon-wrapped scallops or a tasty shrimp remoulade. Salads such as the classic Caesar or the Steakhouse Salad, which includes field greens, sliced apples and oranges with Roquefort cheese and candied almonds, provide a fresh, crisp contrast, while side items such as au gratin potatoes, roasted wild mushrooms and fresh asparagus complement the flavor of the magnificent entrees. And don't forget to treat yourself to one of our decadent desserts, served fresh from our bakery. Our award-winning wine list boasts over 2,300 selections from every major fine wine producing region in the world. In addition to world class producers such as Ramonet, Mortet, J.L. Chave, Vega Sicilia, Conterno and Henschke; an in-depth selection of vintage ports and madeiras as far back as 1834 are available. Each section offers a variety of producers and vintages. All of the bottles are impeccably stored, kept at 56° with constant humidity and served by a knowledgeable staff that is eager to assist each Guest with his or her selection. The Pappas Bros.
