I have never experienced anything as bad as this. These people are thieves. The owner actually threatened to physically assault me when I went to ask him why after 7.5 months they still didn't have my furniture. My wife and I feel like we are obligated to warm people. Absolutely horrific experience. It isn't just bad it's a scam!

This store is a the worst furniture store I have ever visited. I bought furniture there on 9/30/2014 & never received it. I requested a refund which I still have not received. They are deceptive & at this point are in the process of relocating completely to avoid court order citation.

Incredible selection, fair prices and mediocre service make this a solid four star establishment. If you are redecorating or moved, you'll get tons of inspiration from Orbmik Furniture.

The reason they are not getting five stars is because it can be hard to find someone to help at times. You have to track them down. Once you do they are more than willing to help. On the other hand it's nice that you aren't being bombarded by sales people as you browse. It seems as if they don't really care if you buy anything at all.

Great financing options. I bought an awesome hand tufted sofa, backed with aluminum and riveted like an old airplane. I love it. They offered 90 days same as cash without even checking credit.

My friend and I shopped around for a pub dining table set. We checked out other local places-- including Exclusive-- and could not beat Orbmik Furniture’s deal. The showroom is a good size and the furniture they carry is exquisite.



The salesman was incredibly helpful and enthusiastic about helping find that dream table set. He whipped out those furniture catalogs and gave us a pad and pen for comparison notes. We bought our table last Sunday and we just got it all set up today!

After moving out of my parents house I was trying to avoid IKEA at all costs but also stay on a budget and get good quality furniture with a distinctive look. I decided to go to orbmik and actually was expecting much higher prices. I found good quality at just the right price. Too many mid 20 year old rely on IKEA when there are plenty of good furniture options in houston. 

Once I arrived in the store, I worked with Juan. He was very helpful and not pushy, which is a huge plus in a furniture salesman. All of the staff was friendly and delivery times are convenient.

 The furniture was delivered and the drivers were really friendly and set things up in under 20 minutes. I will definitely be back for an end table and some accessories.

Very happy with Orbmik furniture. After a three room deal and your cost furniture fell through, I went to every furniture store over the next few days and found so much better furniture for less you’re your cost. The total cost was $2400, about $800 less than the lesser furniture at your cost... I wish I would have just started at orbmik. The whole deal took me 20 min. The price included delivery and setup, which was very professional btw. 

Since I was getting that one big purchase, I added a few other things including a great unique chair for 50% off that my boyfriend absolutely loves, and an comforter set, really nice one, and really cool art.

 AND I liked the fact that they happily took back two items with no hassle, and gave a refund: a dining table I did not feel was sturdy enough, and a nightstand that wouldn’t fit. 

FINALLY, I LOVED the fact that they helped clear out a bunch of items that were taking up space that we no longer need. Sure, they have some bad reviews but I get it. They have thousands of customers every year. I don’t think this place gets enough credit for what it is. I love orbmik!

i almost didn't shop here because of the angry reviews but i tossed caution to the wind and i am so glad i did. this place is awesome. not the normal cookie cutter bs you get everywhere else. i bought this afternoon and the delivery guys just left left. super quick. would have been much quicker if we hadn't all sat down and smoked some week together. just kidding. had to put some drama in like the other reviewers. maybe i can use all caps like the one reviewer who didn't even know how williams was spelled. WILLIAMS - no wonder you didn't get your furniture. lol. no for real go try this place. its for real.

My boyfriend and I just bought at Orbmik and everything was delivered a few hours after we left the store. We were so impressed with the overall atmosphere and the sales team. They seemed to be having fun and really enjoying their day! Everyone was super friendly, extremely kind and not your typical pushy sales people. We dealt with Darryl directly and he was so helpful! We have been looking for furniture for several months now and completely fell in love Orbmik! Orbmik furniture is original and just what we have been looking for. orbmik furniture has some very special and unique pieces. I shop around for two week and went to all many stores in houston and orbmik was total different then all rest. My credit is not enough for most stores but orbmik provided me $5000 instant. My furniture is very beautiful and very strong. Orbmik people are good people my friends. If you shop now for furniture you need go to orbmik before you buy. If you credit not good then orbmik good place to go.

Lotz of my boyz have bought from Orbmik so I thought I wuld try it out. Dis place is like a jungle of dope furniture. People may say that the owner is rude but I think he just don’t bs. He have my cousin a bunk bed and mattresses for her babies because she was having some cps issues for free. He talked to me and my girl and made us really feel like he cared about what we wanted. Some dude walked in and tried to cause a scene about some bs and the owner just shot him straight. It is what it is you know. I listened in and I think home boy is a reasonable dude. Our salesperson juan explained that you get a lot of people who don’t want to pay the finance company and come up with stuff and try to cause a scene when they are busy to kinda blackmail the owner but he just dosent put up with that. He blessed my cousins game so I he cant be all that bad you know. We got financed pretty easy and got a whole apartment that night. I am happy I got a dope place. I like orbmik. You shud go.

My girlfriend and i just recently purchased a home & after furniture shopping around, he managed to find what he was looking for during an impromptu shopping trip on labor day. We ended up spotting a great couch in the exact configuration he wanted & also ended up with a dining table as well. 

Along w a variety pretty good variety of furniture, this place also sells home decor. Some of the furniture is strange but this place makes it work.

I was a big fan of the memorial city mall location, and I'm an even bigger fan of the north freeway location since it's bigger and has a huge array of eclectic furniture. I make a point to buy something with every paycheck. I went with a baroque inspired bedroom with a mid century living room. Ok, I know I sound super furniture smart but the oner Michael educated me lol When you go see if you can talk to the owner and get some decorating tips. Look for the cute platinum blonde guy with blue eyes. (I tried buying him but apparently he’s not for sale) im going to keep trying though ☺. Anyways back to the review… its really an awesome store with awesome prices and super paid back vibe.

We bought several set of furniture two months ago and got everything but the living room chaise is missing..every call was another delay..finally I went into the store and the *** boss was rude and unprofessional to me and try to kick

us from the store. Due to the scandal, the wife told my husband that she will try her best to get the remaining piece of furniture and let's us know and another empty promise. We suppose to received it on the 29th and we left msn and several txm but no replay.

Overall, orbmik is a scam and full of bull *** and bunch of layers ..

Don't go there to buy anything.....

Save your money, time and frustration dealing with those people...

My experience at Orbmik Furniture: I recently purchased a bed set at Orbmik Furniture: From the phone process through the actual greeting at the store I was very pleased. The gentleman that help me with my application a shopping process did anything and everything he could to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. The office staff were super nice and the store is wonderful and has extremely cool furniture. I cannot wait to purchase my sofa set thanks.

I stopped by Orbmik Furniture last week because I heard their specials on the radio.When I got there, I was greeted by a gentlemen that was extremely helpful that took his time with me and my family.



I ended up buying the 3 room package deal. I received my furniture within 3-5 business days as was told. I am so happy with my furniture and experience. I will tell my friends and family.



I will also be back to purchase my kids new bedroom sets.

I had a WONDERFUL experience with ORBMIK furniture! My salesman was Juan. He and the other staff members (financing, delivery, etc...) that I encountered provided OUTSTANDING customer service. They kept me informed. If they did not answer the phone right away, they returned my calls immediately. I will refer them to anyone and everyone. They will also have a repeat customer in me. I was approved online for financing with Bi-Rite, they told me they use the same financing companies and to bring in my approval letter. They were actually able to get me approved for even more. I received GREAT quality furniture at an AWESOME ORBMIK price! Thank you ORBMIK!

My husband and I made an attempt to purchase furniture from Orbmik furniture on April 13,2013. The agreement was that I pay $500 that day and on the day of delivery pay the remaining balance of $1500 which was April 15, 2013. I returned to the store on April 15,2013 and my salesman Tony took my payment and gave me a window time for delivery between 5pm-7pm. That day around 7:30 I called the store to see what happen to my delivery and the salesman informed me that the delivery guys was running behind and that I should receive my furniture between 9pm-11pm. At this point I asked to speak to a manager concerning the lack of communication and to inquire about a decent delivery time. I was supposedly transferred and accidentally disconnected, I was asked to leave a message for the owner Anna with the hopes that she can return my call that evening. No one returned my call that evening and I began to call the next day all day in hopes of speaking with Anna. That day I finally was transferred to her and she offer to have someone come that day but could not promise anything due to that fact that they were "understaffed". She promised to take over the matter and give me a call to keep me posted that day April 16,2013. Finally that evening I grew tired of waiting and called the number that she called me from to request a refund. She was apologetic and agreed to refund me my money. April 17, 2013 I took them a copy of my invoice attached with my credit card purchase receipt and they signed approving my refund. As of today July 13,2013 they still have not credited my account and claim to not remember me. I have provided my bank statement and they made a copy of it and are still refusing to pay us. Beware of this furniture store they are not fair or honest. The owner Mike would not come out of his office to talk with us nor will Anna return any phone calls.

Ms Abeja...were some very satisfied customers. .After doing lots of research in pretty much all furniture Stores they had the best deal ever and for great quality the furniture is looks fantastic. .Thank you to the owner and his wife for fantastic costumer service
