We waive the service call upon your agreement to allow us to do the appliance repair and you're only responsible for the cost of labor and parts.Many brands that are foreign and some domestic brands require a service call fee of $65. There are some other kinds of appliance service that also require a service fee of $65. These include commercial appliances, central heating and air conditioning systems, garbage disposals, hoods, and trash compactors.

We used to have an old Kenmore stove in the first house we ever owned together; and we hated that old stove at the time. It was missing knobs, and it kept uneven temperature. The burners were all crooked. So when we bought our second house we bought a Wolf Range and Oven. It is the best appliance we have ever owned. It has a built in griddle. We use it all of the time. As a result it was starting to show signs of general wear and tear. One of the burners was starting to act a little wonky, so we decided to make an appointment to have the appliance serviced and cleaned. We called up My Appliance Repair Houston and scheduled a service call for Saturday when we would be home all day. The technician Terry showed up early and we showed him the unit in question. He said it was a nice Range and that he could make it work and look like new, so I told him to go ahead and work his magic. When he was done it was like magic. The entire unit was sparkling like new, and everything worked like new. All of the burners lit up immediately and burned smoothly, the oven door opened more smoothly and that faint squeak it made when you opened the door was gone. The whole appliance was like new.

A couple of months ago my teenager somehow managed to damage the rubber seal on the inside of the door of our GE Profile Refrigerator. I will not recount the story they told me because it was too ridiculous to relate and I am pretty sure that the whole story was an elaborate fabrication. So getting beyond whose fault it was and what stupid thing they were up to when it happened, I called My Appliance Repair Houston, they are my go-to company for this kind of thing. We have been using them for all of our appliance repair needs for years both at home and at our restaurant. As usual they had somebody out that week. They sent out Victor. He is a nice guy. We have dealt with him a couple of times before. He brought the parts with him, and had the seal fixed in under an hour. The price was reasonable, and thanks to the good people at My Appliance Repair Houston the whole experience was very painless. This is a great company, and great service companies are hard to find. If you have a broken appliance in the Houston area you should give them a call.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY --- NO STARS. I called them to repair my Viking top oven in a double wall oven unit. My service technician Javier was prompt and very nice when he came to my house a month ago. It took him all of 10 minutes to look at my oven and tell me that we needed to replace the thermostat. He proceeded to tell me that Viking appliances are horrible and the parts take forever to come in, so it would be at least a month. I paid him $55 for the service call. And he left my house saying that he would call and find out about the part and then call me back. Never received a call. I called him two weeks ago, and asked him if he found the part. And he told me that yes, he thought it was in or possibly coming in tomorrow, and that he'd call me back. Never got a call back. Ironically, I got a call from a lady at the main office asking for a customer survey about my service call. I laughed and said that no one ever calls me back. She said she'd get to the bottom of it and call me right back. Never got a call back from her either. So, today marks a month since my initial service call. I called Javier today, and he didn't remember me at all. He had to look up my invoice and call me back. He actually called me tell me that he threw away my invoice and never ordered any part. He blamed me - saying that I told him that I had to ask my husband if we wanted to proceed, and that I would call him back after that initial service call. Flat out lie. My husband was here and is the one who wrote him the $55 check. Then he said that he would never order a part without getting a $300 deposit up front from me. He never once mentioned anything about a deposit to me. He left here saying he was going to check on the part and then call me to discuss further. Then he said he would have left me with an estimate for the repair -- he never did. I have the pink slip of paper that he left with me, and all it is is an invoice showing that I paid the $55 service fee. He never once apologized. And was completely condescending in his tone, repeating over and over that basically it was all my fault. Who in this day and age would just throw away a customer invoice, and not at least call the customer ONE TIME to make sure they didn't want the service? That's horrible customer service in my book. There goes the Christmas dinner that I'm supposed to be cooking next week. Thanks "My Appliance Repair" for ruining our Christmas.

Made appointment for a repair today from 9-12

Spoke to an associate about 10:30 AM and was told to call back about 30 min til 12:00 if the tech wasn't there yet. Didn't bother to call and check on the tech.

Called again at 11:30 today, spoke to 2 different people then was told that they will call me back in 10 minutes.

Time now is 1:15 and no phone call, no explanation, reschedule or apology.

I called yesterday morning to get our dryer fixed, and they said the repairman would be here between 11AM and 2PM. Never showed and never called. At 2PM I called back and asked. The man who answered the phone said he would find out where he was and call me back. It's now 9:00 the next day and still haven't heard anything. I wouldn't let them in my house now if they offered to fix my dryer for free. I've already called another company. If they can't call me and tell me what's going on my business and my time must not matter much to them!!

Houston you jus found the best repair dudes. They can fix anything and they can do the impossible. I thought i was going to have to get a new dishwasher but i figured id call around first before i did. Everyone was telling me insane prices to fix my dishwasher always telling me that it would require parts because most appliance repair jobs do.
