Provided by YP.comI was a former employee of the montessori school. The owners are very well trained and truly care for their business, however I'm not so sure they care for the children as much. Employees come and go because of the long hours, unproportionate ratio of children to teachers, and the unagreeable attitude of the owner. Some of the teachers genuinely care for the well being of each child, but I have seen children disciplined too harshly, and have heard of many complaints of physical discipline. Many of the parents seem satisfied simply because they are not allowed behind the glass door to see what really goes on throughout the day. The school puts up a good public image, but inside things aren't all that great. Prestine teaching, but terrible care.
It is not the review that i object to, but response and accountability must also be taken into consideration. After 30 years of operation if one employee wishes to sound off, for whatever reason on certain matters, its alright but if they accentuate the positive also in great detail that would be the correct balance. Thank You.
