His name is Marco, his tel number is 832-4538430. He worked for us for 10 months, maybe a year. I had a bad feeling about this person already for a couples of months. I thought he wasn't doing a good job but I was not 100% sure because I don't know anything about how to maintain a pool.

One of the first things I did not like was that he suggested to turn off the robot vacuum. He said it was no need, that he could maintain it without it.... We still kept the vacuum in the pool but it was not in use. He used to come once a week. Very early in the morning, so I couldn't not really see what things he worked on while he was in my house. A couple of times that I saw him I thought he was just in and out very fast.

This summer we had gotten in the people just a couple of times because kids had been sick often. The times we got in the pool I notice the water smelled A LOT like chlorine, our skin got irritated and we got red eyes.

The BIG EYE OPENER MOMENT was when a couple of weeks ago we had a birthday party at my house. Everybody got in the pool, decided to take the robot vacuum out of the water so it would not be in the way. When everybody left I put the vacuum in the water but I noticed that FOUR !! Bleach tablets were next to where the robot was sitting. First I though somebody had taken them out of the floating tablet dispenser, but for my surprise they were FIVE more in there and TWO more in the filter basket......!! So it means that those four tablets that I found in the ground were inside the robot!!

I contacted him and confronted him. He said he only does that when it rains a lot (yeah sure). He said he was sorry and like a little boy said he would not do it again ( as if I was going to let him work in my pool again). I rehired the person that worked for us some years ago (we let him go because my husband was going to clean the pool himself but after a year we decided to get somebody to do it) he measured all the levels, it was bad!! He said the water was like POISSON, the levels of bleach were the highest it could be. And I did removed five tablets when I made that discovery, just imagine how it would be if I had let them all of them in the water. I could go on saying other things, like the motor just broke because he never cleaned the mud around the ventilation part. He did not maintain anything just ripped us off. We could had done the job he was doing saving $150 a month.

He put my family in danger, he doesn't care for people safety. He just want to get his check at the beginning of the month....
