Just be prepared, pure human trash! They are the scum of the earth so make sure you have a driver licence and a hard copy of your insurance card! NOT just the one on your phone, it will not work!

They service is really bad. Called and the person slammed the phone down and was not willing to help. Stay away from this place. I think they only want to overcharge you and hold you ransom as they have your vehicle. The police should investigate this business.

I give Metro Auto Storage 5 stars because the employees there have to deal with so many people who illegally park their car then go the to storage facility with bad attitudes with the people who work behind the glass. If your car was towed unlawfully then just take the matter to court. If you come with attitude to any establishment where the term "The customer is always right" doesn't apply, you should expect to get attitude back from them. Now for those of you who understand that you were at fault when your vehicle got towed and actually take responsibility for it, the employees are more than willing to help you get the documents needed to retrieve the vehicle. They do not want to see the arrogant people who use profanity & obscene finger gestures at their establishment in the near future so what customer service do you expect from them. None. It all goes back to the 'Golden Rule'...Treat others as you would have them treat you.
