They try their best to ensure fast service but isn't good if order is always incorrect. My order is incorrect 80% of the time. I have spoken with 2 different managers and no changes at least 10 different times. I order the same order twice a week for breakfast from the same exact workers who should know me by now and my order is wrong everytime. Hot cakes with sausage, hashbrowns, oatmeal and coffee. Every single time they forget 1 item. It's only the morning crew that's a problem. Evening staff is the reason for 1 star other than that it would be a zero. Best time to go is after breakfast

I'm not all together happy with this location. Every time I order something, either I never get the correct items I asked for or I get part of my order and something is left off. Like the walnuts that are supposed to come with the fruit salad. How come I can't get ham or canadian bacon with my pancakes? You've done it before. What's changed? But the bacon you did give me was suprisingly good. Oh, and why do you have bottled water on the menu, but when I ask for it, you tell me that you don't sell it? I believe that's false advertisement. It was pretty hot on some of those days. I really could've used some water.
