Provided by YP.comEver had Faccia di Vecchia [fachya-di-vekya]? Regardless, this is the place you want to have it. Light and crispy bread (almost like a very light pan pizza) lightly topped with bold, rich Sicilian ingredients. It can effectively take the place of garlic bread as an appetizer or with your meal. If this sounds even remotely interesting, trust your brain and ask for it. You can't beat it in Houston or in Texas, period. And when you're done and satisfied, either go back again for it, or ask for a sheet to go. Keeps frozen very well and warms up easily.
You really can't go wrong with the entire menu here. Ok so I've been a few times. It's not exactly junk food anyway.
A great family owned and run Italian deli/diner just off 45 (opposite of U of H central) on Leeland. Very well known, but a best kept secret at the same time.
