Horrible customer service and even worse job actually cleaning the home. How they stay in business is a mystery.

They are the best maid service in town! If you need a maid they're the one you should call.

Absolutely Horrible Cleaning. This company is over priced and not worth the money for the pitiful poor cleaning job we received. When we complained, they did not honor their 100% guarantee. My friend's 17 year old daughter did a better job cleaning than two of their supposed "best". Pathetic! I will never use them again. I recommend you find another company to do your cleaning services. Don't know how these people stay in business.

Don't be impressed by the Maid Brigade company statements that they are bonded and insured to pay for theft or damage done to client property. We had both and yet they handled in a dishonest way b y denying any responsibility for the damage done and for the things that are missing after their crew was here. Their excuse was that the theft didn't have an eyewitness nor did the damage the women did. They denied any respoinsibility. I rate them as a zero because of their unprofessional manner in handling problems caused by members of their cleaning crews. Do NOT allow them inside your home. Their crews are not honest.
