DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I?ve been divorce for 4 years and my ex-husband purchased a 2000 Grand Marquis from their auto lot (not dealership) about 1 year ago. Well, if he?s one day past due, they?ll start harassing me. Right now, he?s about 1 month past due and I had to block their # from my cell because they were harassing me all day while I was at work. I get home and they?re calling my home phone. I told them that he?s not my husband anymore and still insist with their rude, ignorant & unprofessional interrogations.Last week, they put a repo letter on my windshield. Don?t get confused, that letter was put on a car that was not purchased from them. Today, they left another message in my home VM acting as Harris County investigators.I?m not in the contract & I don?t owe anyone money. All my bills are up-to-date and I still have to go through harassment because I?m the ex-wife of one of their customers.I had to select a star to be able to sumit my rating.
