I had my son's 3rd bday party here and will never be back to this place. I chose Jump On In because it was clean, but found out they do not know how to throw a party. I ordered the pizza ahead of time and even went over my order with the facility because my son is allergic to cheese, so wanted to make sure the made his pizza correctly for his bday. When the pizza arrived his pizza had cheese so they had to send it back which made us late getting into the party room. The girl who was suppose to be our party planner had to leave and they put two girls in the room with us that didn't know how to keep the party going. I had to keep getting up and helping them out cause they were not keeping the party flowing to where we were going to have enough time to do everything. I told them at the start of the party that I wanted my son to be able to open his presents. Well, the girls were so slow that I left the room to go speak with the manager because I was told we only had 5 minutes left in the room and he hadn't even started opening gifts. I went back in the room because the manager said she would give us a little bit of time and after 5 min she came to the door and did a signal with her hand telling me to wrap it up. So my poor little man didn't get to open his gifts at his party. I had to invite our guests back to our house to have cake and open gifts. They ate cake at my house cause the girls handed out the ice cream 15min before they handed out the cake and most people didn't have time to eat the cake when it was finally passed out. I will tell everyone I know not to have a party at this place, it was a disaster!!!!! I told the owner my concerns and she refused to make the situation right!!! I hope I save someone else from having this same thing happen to their little one.

I had my son's 3rd birthday party at Jump On In. When I ordered my son's pizza through them I specified on the order that my son was allergic to cheese so we would have to have 1 pizza without cheese. I even went over the order again over the phone a day or so before we arrived. When the pizza got there it had cheese on it. We were suppose to be in the jumping area for 1.25 hours and 45 in the private party room. With the order being wrong it got us in the party room a few minutes later than we should have. Once we got in the private party room the two girls overseeing the time flow and coordination of our party were not experienced and they did not know how to keep track of time in their serving. I kept having to get up and help them serve because they were not flowing fast enough with the 45 minutes that we were allowed. They served ice cream about 15-20 minutes before serving cake. Once they finally served cake I noticed we only had 5 minutes left in the party room. I had e
