I bought a car from these people cash in October 2018,they gave me two months to pay TTL, in which i paid in full 12/3/2018,after many trips to see owner and multiple phone calls ,month after month,for my tags and title all i got was excuse after excuse,today's date is April 14 2019 still no title.this guy lie to your face,just to get you out of his office.UPDATE AS OF MAY 9 2019 ,STILL NOT TITLE OR REGISTERED TAGS....
