Provided by YP.comStopped by this location for a routine oil change and the tech alerted me to a possible major issue. He carefully explained the nature of his concern, validated it with his manager and provided a temporary fix (at no charge!). He then advised of a realiable shop nearby who could handle the work. I was surprised by the patience and aparent concern displayed by the staff. Hats off to the crew at this thorough Jiffy Lube; you guys are tops.
