Settegast Health Center Harris Health System's Settegast Health Center provides essential medical care to adults and children in far-northeast Houston. In addition to providing primary care, Settegast Health Center also offers specialty care, including optometry, podiatry and psychiatry, as well as on-site counseling, laboratory, nutrition and health education and pharmacy services. Please arrive 30 minutes before your appointment, and have all of your current medications and proper identification with you.
