called Grade Potiental Tutoring to help my 4 year old twins with reading and math. I spoke with a representative by the name of Theresa over the phone and she explained to me that the first visit was on a trial basis but I would be asked to pay $25 that would go towards a payment if we choose to continue services and if we didn't I would be refunded. The first visit was ok (Connie was tutors name) I called back to speak to Theresa regarding payment but she was unavailable so I spoke with a Dave he gave me 2 different quotes of packages they offered since the first one he emailed was not the same as the one that was offered by Theresa. So I asked him to reschedule tutor as my husband and I would think about it. He insisted that tutor still come out and it would be taken care of. The tutor came to our home that day and she used the words (Stupid and Hate) around our 4 year olds. Mind you I do not allow our children to use this type of language. I went ahead and emailed Theresa that evening advising that I was not pleased with the language that tutor was using around my children and would like to cancel services. As we opened our bank card statement we notice two different charges one for $25.00 and another for $107.00. I called office and spoke with a rude customer service representative she advised that they did not work for free and that she would not credit our card back and also stated that I was misinformed that the $25.00 would not be refunded and that the first visit was not free!!! I honestly think this is a scam. First the representatives give out different quotes to different customers and they misinform people by telling them they will be refunded the $25 if they are not satisfied with services. I will never use Grade Potiental Services again!!!
