I have always been a loyal customer to the this pawn shop even though I moved to Baytown a couple of years ago I still am . I have always had a wonderful experience while in the store . One time in 20 years I was not satisfied with a purchase and when I took the item back to the store the manager Miguel went out of his way to make it right . April , Gloria and all the other employees new and old always go above and beyond . Excellent in every way .

I have purchased numerous items from this store no layaway, cash money. To my dismay today I was in store today and the owner/manager maguile was cursing a customer in front of me. I never heard the customer use any abusive language and tried to talk to him. I was shocked . Is this how you treat your customers? I will never return to your store this could have been me he was talking to . He needs to be trained for customer service or removed completely
