I hired this contractor in August 2015 to remodel my bathroom. As of January 5, 2016, the job is still not complete.



Items not finished - No shower door - No shower glass shower panel - No faucet installed - No shower light fixture - Misc trim and painting issues



The work that was "completed" was extremely low quality - Crooked tile - Miscut tile - Cracks in the grout - Surfaces (window sill, cabinets) were not prepped before painting - Window trim not completed - Notch cut in the ceiling to install the vent was not fixed correctly - Electrical outlets were not installed correctly



The contractor didn't show up for weeks at a time and did not respond to phone calls or text messages.



Deadlines were continually missed with no legitimate explanation.

Do not hire these guys. There is no contract so they don't have to do what they say they will do. They didn't finish our job and didn't return phone calls. They even ruined the finish on a new ceiling fan and wouldn't correct the problem or even reverse the blades. LAZY! By the way, you will never see the owner after your initial meeting with him. Even though he says the job should be about four days, four weeks later they walked off the job and never were heard from again. Other painters that came in to give a bid to finish Eduardo's unfinished job couldn't believe the shoddy work. DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS!!!!!!! Unbelievable. I don't know how Eduardo sleeps at night.

DO NOT use him!!! We hired him earlier this year. A job he said would take him 3 weeks turned out to be 3 months and this is only after we had to constantly contact him to come finish the job we hired him to do. He is hardly there at his own projects instead he has someone else there. He promises the world by giving you his word and then when it is close to the end he throws out all this “extra” money he had to spend. His craftsmanship is non-existent and has no pride in his work. He does a sloppy job and then fails to clean after himself. We had paint all over our windows, floor, and our sink. We have had to spend lots of time cleaning after his mess and finishing up what he said he would do.



The last day I went over to show what I was unsatisfied with his worker promised me that it will all be taken care of and the house was going to look like a different house the next time I went. Well once again I was lied to. He addressed about two out of the 20 things I pointed out.



Ohh they also need to change their schedules because it seems like they only work one day out of the week.
