If there was a zero star option they would get it. I have been a customer for 10 years using them exclusively for dry cleaning and alterations - probably spent several thousand dollars over that time. They cleaned a shirt and tore the collar - I only found out when I went to wear it for a business meeting. I returned it to the shop and the assistant told me she would have the owner call me. He told me the shirt was very old (it is actually 2 years old) and was frayed and he took no responsibility whatsoever for the damage done to the shirt - he grudgingly offered me $5 - an arrogant insulting approach to customer service. I will never use this place again and will ensure everyone I know gets the message
