On December 27, 2017, we paid a $1,595 deposit to recover a small sofa and two recliners. This work was to be done in 4-5 weeks. It has been a 7 month nightmare so far. Customer service has consisted of lies and excuses. It was so bad we cancelled the work on the recliners, and wish we could have done the same on the sofa. In June we got the sofa back. The work was not done as requested and the workmanship was so bad, we will have to have it redone. It has been 3 months since we requested our deposit back on the recliners to no avail. All we got was an NSF check. We were not the only ones with this frustration. Check Yelps as to others dealing during this period. Wish we could have seen these before we dealt with these people. We gave them many chances to do the right thing. All ended in failure. We will be going to court to retrieve our deposit on the recliners, NSF fee and compensation to redo the poor workmanship on the sofa.
