This organization could not possibly be more poorly run, more inefficient, less helpful or apathetic. The workers do not respond to phone calls. The website does not work. Rare returned emails are impossible to read (an occasional typo is fine but really?) They are sloppy and careless at best. The gang mentality implies acceptance at a corporate level of bad customer service. Why else would it require 4 people to explain why nothing is ever done?
The rude, lazy and bad attituded "That's not my job" employee has found a place to flourish. It is a sad environment when impolite, argumentative and dismissive people are reserved for those home-owners who actually track down these continually absentee workers.
Exactly how many people do they have employed at this one office? One office that manages to not accomplish anything? I can't imagine how much money HOA members could save if we insisted on removing 4 lazy workers and replace with 1 capable employee.

These people are PSYCHOTIC. They will come, unwelcomed, on to your property and look for any grievances they can come up with. I have only lived in my new neighborhood for 5 months now and I have received FOUR LETTERS. That is almost one for every month. One of the citations was for something as simple as leaving a small nutcracker on my doorstep passed Christmas. These people obviously have nothing better to do with their time than to harass people who are doing nothing to hurt the community. If I could give them zero stars, I would, and that is only after living under their management for five months. My previous neighborhood was nicer than the one I live in now and I did not receive a single complaint while I was there. If you can avoid dealing with these people- save yourself the hassle and please do so.

Can I put 0 stars? They are the worst people I have ever dealt with in anything. I'm moving out just because of this company. Enough said

Do I have to give them one star? They're not even worth a full star! I really don't know how this company can call themselves a HOA. They steal $385 from each resident in the neighborhoods they have been appointed and do not provide any service that they have been contractually obligated to provide. One word for this company - THIEVES!

You should avoid communities which hire Crest to be managers over HOA. They fail to return your calls or discuss your neighborhood issues with you. Our community is 3 years old. Crest continues to raise the HOA fees; however, fails to support the well being of the community.
