They replaced two new HVAC systems for my house about a month ago and did a good job. Tom from the office is great to work with and gave me a good deal. Cruise the installer knows what he's doing and is highly efficient. Recommended if you are looking to get new AC installations.

Seriously. Brad is the man! And tom too... Called at 7:30 pm even though after hours they still picked up and came within 30 mins and super friendly. Some serious southern hospitality. Checked all possible problems even though he knew what was the main problem. Fixed it quickly literally minutes. Just googled the part and honestly the cost was very reasonable and with that kind of customer service most def worth it. Thanks again brad!

This family owned business is honest to a fault , completely trustworthy, responsible, very affordable, and invested invested in fostering a loyal client base by doing excellent work on the diagnosis of a a/c or heating problem and on their repairs or new installations. I called in just for a quote. I believe Tom was the one who answered my questions. He seemed very honest. Gave me several tips on what to check first before calling him out. Prices are fair. I have not contracted them to do the work yet, but if I do need work done I will call him back and leave some more feedback.

They sent a technician. He came in 1 1/2 hrs and fixed my AC right then. I was way too HOT but now I'm NOT! I'm happy with these guys! Not too expensive - $120.

The technician came within 90 minutes n diagnosed the problem - even had parts to fix it right there. I spent $120. Was HOT now HAPPY.

Having a/c problems and found old receipt for service call from April, 2003. Technician was Tom and he was very professional (not to mention kind and polite). Repair was done at a reasonable rate on the same day I called. Took a chance today and called number from old ticket and Tom answered the phone. He said he would not be coming but would send his nephew, Dave. He was at my house within 2 hours and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. Dave was very friendly while being professional He turned my miserable day into a most pleasurable experience. I would recommend their company to anyone.

Just like finding an honest mechanic to work on your car, once you find an honest AC company you want other people to know about it. That is why I am writing this review.
Remember when you could hire honest people to do work for you and not worry about them ripping you off?
Remember when you could trust a company to only charge you for the work you needed and not try to sell you something that you didn't need?
Remember when you could negotiate a time to meet with the serviceman and they actually showed up and ON TIME?
Remember when you could call a service man and he actually answered the phone?
Remember when it never got hot in Houston? OK, that probably never happened, but it makes you wonder how people survived before air conditioning.
I don't like spending a lot of money for repairs or new equipment, but it sure makes it easier to fork over the money when you trust the person selling you the service. When I bought my house my AC needed servicing. I called Courtesy AC and they got me fixed up. For years they nursed my old system along and never tried to talk me into buying a new system. When my system was about 23 years old the coils were corroded to the point that the unit could no longer cool my house. Courtesy said AC units had improved a lot since my unit was made and I would probably be better off with a new system. But, instead of trying to sell me a new system Courtesy also said they would repair my old system if I preferred. I decided it was time for a new system. It was easy for me to decide who I wanted to install my new system.
If you are looking for an honest and hardworking AC company in the Houston area these guys are great. You won't regret using them the next time you need AC work done. You might regret it if you DON'T use Courtesy AC.
