I called and ordered 3 yards of garden mix and 2 yards of mulch from them. One of the guys working there named Allen told me it would be delivered around noon the very next day. I called them back on the delivery day at 11 am because I had not heard from them at all. Another lady said it would be delivered by 4pm! Meanwhile, I had a couple people standing around waiting for the soil to help me with the big yard project. I asked to speak to Allen because I would not have made the order if it were to be delivered so late. She told me they would give us a call back in 20 minutes. At 12:30pm, after nobody cared to call me back, I called them again. They said they did not make a promise that it would get here at noon, they said "around noon!" By 1pm, we got no soil or mulch. Needless to say, I had to cancel the order and find somebody else. My plan was turned up side down because of the irresponsibility of the Champion Top Soil. I would never order from them again. This business deserves zero star if I could rate it like that.

The staff at champion was great very friendly and very knowledgeable I will be a loyal customer from now on !!!!!!

We are happy with the quality of the mulch we bought. Delivery was as promised. Alan was very helpful and knows his products.

We placed an order for topsoil on a Wed. to have it delivered on Fri. They did not deliver it on Fri. We called them and they told us we would be the 8:00am delivery on Sat. By 10:00 we still did not have our order. When we called they gave us the run around about why they had not delivered our order yet and did nothing to assure us that we would even get our order. In the end we had to just cancel our order that we had already paid for. They are never ontime and don't care about keeping repeat customers happy. This was our third attempt at an order with Champion and we will never use them about. I would never recommend them to anyone!
