Im not sure if it was the tow truck driver or the lot .... but i had a couple of items stolen from my vehicle. I believe they should be held responsible if they tow your vehicle.

They are really nice. They blocked us in by angling their truck at the gas pump while they are filling up their truck.

Fantastic towing service. They rescued my truck from where it had overheated out at my parents' church. Showed up within 3 minutes of one of the local police officers putting a call out after the truck that my roadside assistance had assigned, from Echo Towing, blew me off for three hours and never showed up. Very polite driver, Jacob, very clean truck, and he went out of his way to do a 'long' drive of 26 miles to get my truck back to my neighborhood even though it was late for him, being about 7pm when he showed up. Would recommend them in a heartbeat if needing a tow, especially in the Channelview area, which is apparently their stomping grounds.
