I would advise anyone considering Brahm Builders to be very careful. I contracted with Martin Brahm to do some work on my home that I rented while I was out of the country. Due to the fact that I would be out of the country when he "completed the work, I paid him the full amount of the work before he had done anything to the house. It was not until my tenants moved out that I noticed several things that I had paid to have done were simply not done. Mr. Brahm claims to have done the work, but it's pretty obvious that things like repairing garage door sensors were never done if the tenants could never use the garage door opener and the sensors were buried in the mud. I originally requested for him to come complete the work, which would seem simple enough. However, he denied my request and has since denied my requests for a refund for the work he has not done.

Beware of Brahm Builders. I was quoted a job, accepted, and provided the down payment to begin the work. Soon after, Martin Brahm informed me that the job couldn’t be completed as quoted. He re-quoted at a much higher price. I declined. For the past several weeks I have attempted to contact him to get a refund but have been ignored. Also, the listed company address is only a postal center.
