I always receive excellent care from Dr. Holli Groff and the entire staff at Memorial City. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr. Groff for your eye care needs.

At my appointment this morning I was assigned to Alex and he was a very good tech. He was polite and informative and I felt very comfortable with him and the way we communicated. I appreciate his attitude and personality. Thank You

My visit to the Memorial Location of Berkeley Eye Center was great! There was hardly any wait time at all to see the doctor and she was helpful & knowledgeable.The staff were kind and courteous during my appointment. It was an overall successful appointment.

The staff at Berkeley has always been outstanding. Laura, Sandy and Jose are First Class professionals, answering questions, making your visits time well spent. Dr Yankelove must be very proud of his entire team.

My experience was awesome! I felt very comfortable and relaxed. The atmosphere is friendly yet professional. The staff is efficient and friendly. Dr. Groff is professional and willing to answer questions in a relaxed and patient manner. I never felt rushed. I actually enjoyed my visit. Kim was great in helping me pick out my new frames!

What a wonderful staff working a the Memorial location in Houston. Dr. Holli Groff is wonderful. So caring and very throuough. Great sense of humor as well. Always a pleasure seeing her. Kim is so patient and knowledgeable about choosing the right fit and design for my glasses. Very friendly and patient. Today was my first eye exam appointment at Berkeley Eye Center-Memorial with Dr. Bertrand to address the need for computer glasses. Dr. Bertrand provided the right lens option for my computer glasses. The entire staff are professional, friendly, timely and patient! Kim and Patrick in the Eye glass side were instrumental in my decision to purchase computer glasses today! They are both knowledgeable and friendly making what prior to Berkeley Eye Center a daunting experience searching for the perfect pair of eyeglasses a FUN experience! Can't wait until my glasses come in! Thank you!!!

Being new to the city, I was a little nervous about starting over with all new doctors. But Dr. Groff immediately put me at ease and treated me as if I'd been a patient for a long time. Her entire staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and welcome. Patrick spent an incredible amount of time helping me pick out frames. Outstanding service!! Thank you all.

Wow! I worked with the Susana Barbosa to fit the most awesome, cool glasses. My prescription was produced in an amazingly thing flexible frame - and they are also shades! Thank you, Susana & Berkeley Eye!!!!!

Very efficient and thorough

Fantastic! I had gone to Dr Reid (Berkeley on FM 1960) for approx. 40 years. However, I no longer live close to him and decided to try a new doctor close to home. I could not be happier. Dr Groff and her staff, specifically Harriet and Katie, were more than helpful and professional. After wearing contacts for about 35 years I decided to try the “multi-focal” version, with a pretty strong prescription. These, for me, were a little confusing and a bit of trial and error for the right prescription. My prescription is strong and had to be ordered. Everyone was extremely helpful and patient—I genuinely appreciate it!

I recently had an initial visit with Dr. Groff and her staff. Everyone in the office was very friendly, professional and efficient. Dr Groff explained everything clearly and provided a very trustworthy treatment recommendation.
