they know flooring-Michael had completely different ideas on what we should do in our home than we did-we followd most all of his suggestions and "you were right Michael" it looks GREAT!!!!!!!!-Thanks for all your help i will be sending my family and friends to you

Exceptional service.

My neighbor referred me to B&A flooring after they did put granite on their kitchen countertop

it looked very nice so we decided to do the same .We are now at the third project with them.I believe in giving credit when deserved .

We will never use A & B ever again for any project. Don't make the mistake of signing anything without a complete itemization of every cost including labor, material cost, timelines and guarantee of work. Once you have signed they really don't seem to care about any possibility of repeat business. I know "shame on me" for some of this but I feel like I was taken advantage of after all they are the "pros"...I believed I was dealing with people I could trust,...

this is the worst place i have ever been. They are unprofessional.. and they try to take you for a run for your money... everything went wrong in all my jobsand thesame for my friends.. they charge you one thing up front and then when the work is done they charge you double the money for things that they " didnt know would happen" i have talked to everyone that has been there and they all agree with me...
