Amazon Autos is a horrible place! They are unscrupulous and they prey on people who are less fortunate. I am reporting them to the BBB. Their cars are lemons and if you are thinking about purchasing anything from them, please take a good mechanic because within weeks you will experience trouble. My daughter purchased a vehicle from them and within a week the air compressor went out. She took it back to them for repairs and they "claim" they had to order a part. After taking so long she wanted her car because she had to get back and forth to work then the car ran hot. Now, Amazon Autos not only will not give her the down payment back; they are purposely not fixing it because they don't want to be bother and they know it is a lemon. I think they do this to people because no one will take them to court; but you reap what you sow and this horrible place will definitely not prosper because they have done this to a lot of people. Please do not trust them and do not buy anything from them.

Car shopping has nevvvver been so sweet!! Andrew Mounir made this an unforgettable experience!! He relentlessly searched and searched until he found my dream car. The color, the interior, the features, the bonus features...I love every detail! Andrew and my husband worked together to surprise me and I have been over the moon ever since!! Andrew also took care of me with a loaner car when my former car bit the dust sooner than we thought. Thaaaaaaaaaank you, Andrew & Amazon Autos!!!!! We'll tell every one we know!!

If there was an option of zero stars I would have given it. The car they sold me had problems since day 1. I actually didn't know much about cars at the time when i bought my car and was in a hurry to buy one cause of my work. Within a few months after buying a car my ac broke. So I had to take it to them. They didn't fix it for the 1st time. Then I had to take it to them again. That time they fixed it. They don't even have a loaner system, so I had to rent a car for a few days. Then I had to replace all the tires of my car. There are some more issues with it but this pretty much sums up my experience. Overall it was a very bad car buying experience. The good thing is that I learned a lot about cars so next time I will be more careful while buying a car. I found out at the Chevrolet dealer that this car was rebuilt and had some body work. So please avoid this place at any cost.

I had the BEST experience there. Called to ask about a car I had in mind and they told me to come with my money and they will work with me. I went there and with my money, the sales manager said I'm pre-approved with in house finance and he could get me approved with a bank. In a matter of minutes I got so many approvals from many banks! Chose the one that suited me well then chose my car, and drove off the same day! Easy and simple. Not only that but same happened with my second and third cars that I bought from them. What surprises me is that they do not have limited vehicles. They can custom order your vehicle and get it shipped here for you! VERY satisfied customer and will recommend people to them if they need help finding a car.

I went to Amazon Auto Sales and was looking at all the Mercedes that they carried, I really wanted a ML350. They told me they would locate one for me, and they did! This was my 2nd purchase from them! I got the vehicle I wanted at a great price and they got me financed when no one else could. I could not say enough great things about the customer service!!!! If you need a car, you owe it to your self to check them out!!!

I have purchased over six vehicles from Amazon Motors within the last 12years . From a suburban to an 2010 Corvette. My experience with Amazon has always been exceptional. I have never had a problem with service or financing weather it's in house or bank financing. They are committed to developing long term customer relationships by treating their customers with integrity. If they commit to something you don't have to worry about them not fulfilling their commitments. Whenever I

take my car in for repairs they give me a loaner of equal class . I have purchased many cars in this life time from all types of dealerships large and small and no one can compare to the (over the top) service that I have received from Amazon Motors. If they don't have the car on the lot that you want they will find it for you ...color ,year and price! I will always be a loyal customer to Amazon Motors...... I love the RED CARPET treatment!!!!!! Will I recommend or refer a friend to Amazon Motor? "Thanks for asking" YES!!! YES!!!! YES!!!!!

Do not even turn your cat into into their parking lot. They are all low down liars. First off... Most of the cars are priced double than what they are worth. But my issue came before a car was even purchased. I left a deposit for a certain vehicle because I was lied to and told that the vehicle was a price price as year that it wasn't. The manager Habib suggested I leave a deposit because it looks better with the banks. He stated he would get me approved and I could come back with the remainder of the down payment the next week. He said said wait off on checking out the car until I come in the next week. So I gave my deposit to him and he gave me me receipt. After reviewing the cars on his site and realizing that I didn't or couldn't afford the cars cars a car their price I came in 5 days later and politely stated I couldn't afford the car and asked for my deposit back. Habib then told me no and that the best he he could do was to put me in a different car. I told him I just would like to wait until I could afford a car but he cared nothin about that and told me that that the money was no longer mine. Now he never once held a car for me... He never even got in in touch with a bank. He just took my money did no work and hoped that I would come back with money. Habib lied to me and then from me. If he actually lost money because of working the deal for me then I would understand. But he did none of that and refuses to give me my money back. Do not trust him.

This place is a total mess they try and sale you a car for a cheap down payment and later on they add way more money to the contract without knowing. They also give you cars that do not work at all. The owners or coworkers are useless VERY disrespectful screaming at women and cursing out loud no type of manners and good service at all. DON'T EVER BUY A CAR HERE YOU WILL WAIST ALL YOUR MONEY.

The staff at Amazon is a team of hard working individuals that make sure you are taken care of before you drive off. With Prompt customer service, They are honest and straight foward people. No hassle, no run around. Downpayment and insurance and you drive off. Simple as that!

THEY WILL BE ALL NICE TRYNA GET YOU INTHE CAR AND THEN REPO YOUR CAR OUT OF NO WHERE FOR NO REASSSSSSSSSSSSSON AND THEN WANT YOU TO TAKE PAY HELL OF MONEY TO GET IT BACK AND ONLY GIVE YOU A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF TIME TO PAY IT BACK. THIS DEALERSHIP REALLY NEEDS TO BE CHECKED OUT AND IT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWNNNNNNN!!!!!!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HERE. MANAGEMENT IS SO HORRIBLE THERE DOWN PAYMENTS ARE RIDULOUS. I LOST SO MUCH MONEY FROM THEM ON TOP OF THAT A CAR AND THE CAR HALFED WORK. BUT THINGS HAPPEN FOR A REASON BECAUSE I AM IN A BETTER NICER, CHEAPER CAR. THESE REVIEWS ARENT ON HERE JUST BECAUSE PPL WHAT YOU READ ABOUT THIS PLACE PLEASE BELIEVE IT.....GOOD LUCK!!!

Bought a clean Lincoln Navigator a month and a half ago was pretty happy and satisfied with my purchase and confident that my $10,000 paid in (downpayment with upfront fees, and 2 biweekly car payments) was not only towards my vehicle but the beginning of a long term good relationship with Amazon. Over the weekend 2 miles away from home the truck just shut off on me and wouldnt restart. I had to have it towed for $145 home and call Amazon Monday to see what could be worked out seeing that I am not even 2months in it, still have temporary plates on the vehicle and a $30,000 commitment to them. Vehicle was picked up and taken to Amazon for them to diagnose the problem. Turns out it was the fuel pump and to add insult to injury I was being charged tow charges for a total of roughly $480 that must be paid upfront. As a buyer I took the risk of purchasing a vehicle "AS IS" no warranty giving the seller the benefit of doubt that my great experiences with past car dealers afforded them. You would think despite the aforementioned contractual removal of liability- that Amazon would extend a common courtesy as a business or in the interest of preserving customer satisfaction and their reputation, and waive one time cost of repair and towing or heck at least the towing when I havent had it but a month and a half! No such luck.. I am now disgusted, panicked, and terrified that I have bought a "lemon" with who knows what other problems under the hood. If buyer's remorse were an actual ailment I'd be terminal.
