I rate them an F and will never refer them to anyone. I purchased a home with Gehan homes a year and a half ago. I contacted them to follow up on a warranty call as I am still under warranty for their services as mold was found by another vendor. No one was available to to come to my home until 4 days later. Four days later I was contacted by "Adam" who services the Humble, Tx area for their company. He was rude, disrespectful and does not care about his clients. A supervisor was sent in his place to service my home. As a tenant and children actually live in my home at this time, the supervisor came and went before I could arrive. I have been asking for a follow up report regarding his visit to my home going on 4 days now and have yet to receive it. I have never been treated with such disrespect by a vendor. Adam should not be interacting with customers on any level and when a promise is made to follow up with a report is should be honored and not ignored.

If you expect some customer service do not contact Alpine. In my experience, from the phone representative to the technician were rude and indifferent about my business. The tech went so far as to say that "I can leave and you can call someone else." The only reason I contacted them was because my homebuilder contracted with them. In the future, I will opt to spend my dollars elsewhere.
