Called all tex for a water leak and they were able to fix it very quickly and efficiently. Their staff were great.

I've used these guys about half dozen times in the last 5 years for various minor plumbing and electrical issues and they have never failed me. Everyone I have ever dealt with from the person that answers the phone to the service technician has always been courteous, friendly, and professional, i highly recommend this company!

Had to have water heater replaced, everyone I called gave me an outrageous bid because of the location of the water heater. All-Tex came out and installed a new one and disposed of the old one for half the cost of competitors. Will use these guys again in the future.

Great customer service! This was my first time to use this company, but will not be my last. My plumbing was very complicating, but these guys were determined to fix my problem. Price was very reasonable.

BEWARE!

The job was estimated at 3 hours, if no problems, to replace and install a new composite granite sink. The installation was completed in 2 hours with minimal issues. However, the two installers took a 50 minute side trip to Lowe's (which is about 5 miles from my home) for an adapter, which I would think would have been on the truck and would be a standard supply. Also, the installer appeared to be unsure how to install the soap dispenser that matched the new faucet.

Upon leaving, the installers took all of my paperwork and warranty information for the new sink and new faucet. He also took the box with the new faucet coverplate that was not installed. When I discovered this, I called the office about 5 minutes after they had left to have them bring it back. I was informed that they were already at another job and it would be mailed to me. All that I received was the new sink paperwork and my OLD faucet paperwork.

I wish that the rating system had half stars, because they were a little bit better than a 1 rating but not quite a 2. I'd give them a 1.5.

The owner is VERY condescending and never apologized once!
