Im grateful to these people..my family was HOMELESS!!!!!!For everyone thats saying they are preying on the poor..I don't see anyone else offering the poor or homeless nothing...At least he rented me a house that I chose...no app..no credit ...no waiting list...Show me someone else that offer this....So please stop bad mouthing them you may not need there services but some people need them

Took my in-laws to court 2 times trying to kick them out. Then, they never showed. Made the judge extremely mad. We had proof that my in-laws had paid the rent but they did not care. It appears that the post office lost the express delivery mailing which was thier rent. We had the ID # off the package. We called the post office the money order office and everyone was willing to help except Mr. and Mrs. Phirman. Who have since, delivered them with an eviction notice. This is an elderly couple with a retarded daughter. Judge keeps dismissing the case because it is unfounded on the Phirmans side. We have all the proof. I think the only way to improve thier business practices would be to give them a new heart, thier chests are filled with dollar signs.
