I've been using this repair shop for all my lawn equipment for at least 20 years. Never had a problem of any kind. I get all my equipment tuned and ready to go every year in early spring. 5-star for me. Moreover, I notice that many of the local yard crews bring in their equipment. They do this for a living - nothing sentimental about it. And that may be the best recommendation you can get.

Useless lawn repair shop. A particular Indian man insulted me as a customer and tore my invoice after I drove all the way from katy to fix my mower. I won't recommend any one even goes 300 ft from this shop.

Not a very professional business place. Worker sold used mower with missing parts for too much money. Came to an agreement to get the missing parts, but tried to charge for it. Worker acted as if looking up part numbers is too difficult. Worker tried to argue with me on where to get model and serial of mower. After going on-line myself, I was able to get the part numbers I needed to get the parts that were missing. Excuse after excuses, I was not going to get my parts. Try to use this business at your own risk.

Need to amend my previous bad review. Owner made situation right. Very happy. Positive: very quick turn around. our lawn mower was fixed in a couple of days compared to the 3 weeks another store quoted us.

Very disappointed. Husband took in 2 lawn mowers and was quoted "an estimated" price. Actual price was much more than estimated. We were never contacted about the "additional" work they performed and didn't authorize it.
