Gaylon Pemberton is the owner of Alarm Monitoring Services Houston Inc. He is a liar and a cheat. He charged me nearly $3,000 for faulty equipment. The alarm system goes off ALL hours of the day and night. The cameras finally work after numerous callbacks but Gaylon HATES to complete a contract. Trust me. The cheap DVR that he installed STILL does not work. The literature that accompanies the DVR install isn't even compatible with the DVR Gaylon Pemberton installed. He's a liar. He fails to complete a job but he sure knows how to cash a check!! He IS good at that, at least. If you don't like smokers, don't call Gaylon. He's a heavy smoker. Smoking comes first, you see. NOT you, the customer.
