Update: I WAS TOLD BY MY PLUMBER IT WAS NOT A PLUMBING ISSUE. IT WAS A BACKED UP CONDENSATION LINE. PEOPLE ON NEXTDOOR ARE ALSO SAYING THEY HAVE HAD SIMLIAR ISSUES LIKE THIS WITH AIRCON. DO NOT USE AIRCON, DO NOT TRUST THEM.

I have used AirCon for 12 years! I contract them to keep my AC in good condition and for them to check my system twice a year.

Recently I knew something was wrong with my AC system, I called them, they came out. Something was beeping which they still claim is my return vent. They blew out my lines, said everything was fine nothing was wrong.

I called them out again about a month later, still with the same beeping and the tech did not even enter my attic!!!!

So here is the deal that night I hear a drip drip drip. My condensation line was backed up and I had water inside my walls!!!! The condensation pipe in my attic was overflowing and did this when the AC was on. Their tech did not find it!!!

Then their manager Jody comes out and says yes when we see that line we recommend customers get that fixed. I said your team had been coming here for 5 years (this house I have lived in for 5 years) and no one has ever told me that I needed to fix that!

Needless to say I have a 4 x5 ft hole in my wall because they did not completely check my AC unit!!!! I simply asked for repair costs to my sheetrock. I am not looking to get rich but when I call you out here twice reporting an issue they should have caught it!

My plumber found the issue in 2 minutes, said it is clearly obvious that there was overflow.

They blew out my lines, sent the clog further down the line, this basically caused my back up and a disaster in my home.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND IF YOU DO FIND A NEW AC CONTRACTOR.

The equipment AirCon Service Company installs is all top-rated; however, it is the quality of installation for an HVAC system that is the most important. The 3-man team performing the installation did excellent work for our residence. Our two complete systems were installed and operational over a 2-day period. The crew worked approximately 12 hours each day. They were highly respectful, diligent in their efforts, and polite.
Additionally, I commend the company for the knowledge of the estimator and willingness to answer my numerous inquiries to equipment and install specifics. The AirCon quality/install inspector was thorough and cordial in response to my air quality monitoring questions. The install/scheduling manager provided excellent service in accommodating my schedule.
If you are intending to have a new system installed, I advise to: 1) do the homework to understand the equipment and cost benefit; 2) ask questions as needed for understanding complexities; and 3) above all, recognize the need for a quality installation.

I highly recommend AIRCON if you need heating or cooling system replacement or routine maintenance. Today, one of their service technicians came out and performed the annual checkup of my heating system. David took the time to explain everything that he testing, and answered a couple questions I had on the overall system. Very Professional, great and easy communication when making appointments. Highly Recommend!

Great service, I asked for the service and tech was scheduled within 24 hours. The tech identified the issue within 15 minutes and repair was done in a few hours because tech had to go get the new part. Both dispatch and the tech were very communicative. I will defiantly call them again.

Walter arrived on time, was professional, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. I will use AirCon again for all of my cooling and heating needs.

Our experience with AirCon was outstanding. Service was fast and our service/repairman, Walter, took time to explain our Air conditioning problems and what was needed to correct the problems. AirCon also called to confirm appointment time and called again to ask if they could arrive early! Again, outstanding service.

From start to finish..... Amazing service. They have their own professional installers.

When our Air Conditioner overflowed the drain pan, AirCon sent Will Tran out. He wrote up a proposal to address the problem and we were on board. Anthony then came out and installed it per the proposal. When it didn't quite do the job, Will was right back out there to do whatever it took to make sure the problem would never happen again. It took a few more hours and several more parts, but they stuck with their original quote. Will even said that if we had any more problems over the weekend, to call AirCon and he'd personally be right back out. These guys make sure that you are happy and the job is done right. I wouldn't call anybody else. .

Great job. Called the day before, and day of.

Will worked very hard on my ac. getting the annual checkup that was needed. He answered all my questions professional and made sure the outside system was clean of any trash that was in it all year and that it was working okay. I have never experienced a technician like Will before, I would like Will to do all my ac service at my home please, He is awesome and did a GREAT job! Our AC went out. So,on Memorial Day we called AirCon and spoke with Jody Vance and to our great relief, he was able to get to our house that same day before 2:00 PM and had our AC back up and cooling nicely before 4:00 PM. Since our AC is about 16 years old, he could have tried to push a new AC on us, but he was very honest and told us that we just needed to replace our fan motor. He also did not price gouge us. He replaced the condenser fan motor with cap and and had to struggle quite a bit with getting the fan blades off, because they were rusted on after 16 years. So it was a laborious task, that took quite a bit of effort and sweat and the total cost for labor, parts and service call charge, totaled $532.00, which was very reasonable, especially since it was Memorial Day and he had to fit us in and wrestle with our fan blade in the heat of the day. He also climbed up into our sweltering attic and checked something out for us at no charge. Would definitely hire him again.

Patrick was very professional. He was on time, arrived with the proper replacement parts and proceeded to repair our air conditioner. The staff who assigned Patrick were also very professional and helpful in resolving our equipment problems. They also scheduled the repair to our schedule. I highly recommend Air Con.

We received emergency service to replace a capacitor. At that time we realized we should become Service Partners with AirCon. The technician was very thorough on the first visit, explaining what was needed, and the fact that our coolant pressure was low. We received a substantial discount by becoming partners on this service and for the coolant. On a subsequent follow-up visit, Will made sure our entire cooling system was operating within specs. He is always courteous and explains all the options available for service or repairs. We are very happy with the overall level of service and we are confident they will respond quickly if we need another emergency repair (one of our systems is 14 years old, but still going strong).

This visit was an annual evaluation of our 2 AC systems (one for upstairs and one for downstairs). Arrived ahead of time. Very cordial and professional. Thoroughly checked indoor (attic) and outdoor (back yard) units. Found 3 small problems; fixed all 3. All work was covered under our annual service contract. Was careful to not leave debris anywhere. Theoriginal Tech was ill and unable to come, so AirCon sent Patrick. As always AirCon called with the updated information and expected time of arrival. Great service always. I highly suggest getting the yearly AC service contract. Thanks!
