Worst company ever, the technician was rude and hung up in my face. I paid the service fee and my ac unit was still broken.

Sam is very knowledgeable with ac & heating homes and keeping the unit going as long as possible and doesn't try to sell you a new unit first. If it can be fixed this is the guy to fix it

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!
Air Master came to my house on Saturday. The service man told me that the AC compressor was completely burned out and I needed a new one. The service man told me I would have out-of- pocket cost around $900 to $1,000. Then he started telling me I should get a new outside unit because mine was 14 years old. Next he told me I really should replace the entire system so I would have a new system that would be good for the next 15 years. This was for an approximate cost of $8,000 to $10,000. I told him I was not going to replace the entire AC but then he said he would have to wait until Monday so he could get approval to replace the compressor.
I went through the weekend without AC and then got a new company to look at my AC on Monday. The new repairman came out and as soon as he took the cover off the unit he told me he saw the problem. He took out a wire that was worn out then went to his truck and got a new one. He replaced the wire and the AC was working fine. The compressor was NOT burned out.
As far as I am concerned, this looks like deception on the part of Air Masters service man. He did not even leave any paperwork showing that he had been here or describing what he wanted to install. I guess this is a way of covering his tracks. I would never use these people again.

These clowns scheduled me for 11am, and then proceeded to postpone the appointment 20min at at time until 1pm, when I had to get back to the office. While standing in front of my property for the two hours first in 95 degree heat, and then in pouring rain, I would call every 20mins and they would say "our man is close by and will be there in 20mins". Finally at 1:05pm, I called to cancel my appointment, and they told me it's my fault. I would use profanity here but I think just the truth will be more than sufficient to describe these bozos.

They provide excellent service and are very reasonable. They also work you in when they are very busy even late hours. Great Service! I have call them twice and will continue to call them.
