Never any issues! Was able to pay my bill over the phone! . Best prices and i get 2x a week pick up for lower than the other guys 1x a week! . A+

I have had this service for at least 10 years and have not had a problem except they do not have a website. They need to post their pickup policy when your normal pickup is on a holiday what is the alternative pickup.

20+ years of very reliable satisfactory service. I've only been missed on a pickup once or twice in that period of time, collectors are usually good about turning can upside down if rain is expected. There are not spilled items left around the can, or dropped on the ground.

When the rude lady called me back she said they didn’t take our trash because mail from another address was in our trash as I explained I lived in that house for 25 years still get a few things in mail every now and again and my grandma still owns that home I took my mail read it and threw it in my trash which was only a couple envelopes why wouldn’t I??!
Then she argued with me about having 3 full cans of trash and an extra bag on the side well lady I habe 5 kids myself and my husband along w 4 dogs, fine yes I had an empty card board box and 1 extra bag on the side so rather them take the 3 cans full as the agreement that we paid for they left that and took only the small bag and the cardboard box!! Then argued that the box must have been from someone else’s trash... seriously lady I bought that BBQ pit for my husband just couple days before the trash ran, it is all new on my back deck.
After trying to explain the issue she said they refuse to serve us because I said I am reporting them to the BBB, oh well her loss we now have service through WM! We are allowed 5 cans 1 large item per week for only $1 more looks like their loss not mine
Plus WM offered for free to pick up the trash that M&M left us with
Don’t waste your time with these ppl. Also they throw your cans everywhere and are extremely sloppy. I have home monitors and they like to drive through your yard too. If you do go with M&M and you start to habe tire tracks in your yard it is probley them!!

Awesome service! Great competitive price! They are a small family owned business but they do take payments over the phone. Not sure why the other people on here are having such an issue when they clearly state to have your cans out by 6AM, how many you can put out and what they will and won't pick up. This was communicated to me when I set up service, no problems. They've never missed a pick up I've never had an issue getting ahold of them or with billing.

We have been quite pleased with the service M&M Disposal has provided us in the past. We have not had any problems with their pick-ups or their customer service. We canceled today strictly for financial reasons. We wish them well !!!

Today was my first day of service and they never showed up. I spent 90.00 on a trash can and they wont even answer their phone! They were referred by the water company. What a joke!

Horrible service they are supposed to pick our trash up once a week. They have forgotten 4 times now and have some excuse every tome. They have forgotten our trash the equivalent of a month but won't credit us a month on our bill.

no website ? Seriously nowadays. That is just crazy. I can't even believe it. Guess there is no online bull pay also. No Way. LOL Buy stamps just to pay one bill

M-M is so much better than the competitors in our area. The guys work hard, and they take so much more. Plus you can use your own cans--no need to buy an expensive set up for their trucks. They pick up for us twice a week, and so much more reasonably prices.

They are the best. Great customer service. Reliable and hard workers. They pick up everything I put out. Kind and courteous to me always and I have never had problems with the holiday schedule.

The worst trash service EVER!! The customer service is AWFUL! Only call them if you want to deal with stupidity. Had this trash service for about a year and they may or may not abide by their Holiday pick-up schedule. If they chose not to abide by it you will not get credit for the week they did not pick up your trash. Why not? Because their logic is the trash that they missed will still be there when they come back next week. But remember you can only have 5 cans total at one time so if you go over as you may during a Holiday week ie Christmas then you get to choose which trash you must hold back for two weeks.
