Wrong number when i called to place an order. It sent me to a Pizza Hut out of state

We had two awful experiences with this new Pizza Hut and will not be returning ever again! The first time we ordered and paid for pizzas at 1:30PM for a party at 5:30PM. The pizzas were not ready when my husband went there at 5:30PM to pick them up, and it took an hour, until 6:30 PM, for them to finally be ready. Tonight we thought we'd give them one more try. It was a huge mistake! We ordered two of their box dinner specials. They said they would be ready at 6:58, so we arrived to pick up the pizzas at 6:58. After waiting until 7:30PM, they told us that there was a problem with their top oven that caused them to burn our pizzas. They cancelled our order and gave my husband a refund. When we arrived home, we also found that they had called our home phone a few minutes before our pizzas were supposed to be ready to say that they were out of breadsticks, so we should either cancel our order, or we would need to wait an additional hour for our food. Never again! Very poor service!

It (the service) is slow right now because they are so busy. If the person who posted the other review ordered when he got there then yes i would expect a long wait any one would. Has anyone seen all the traffic in and out of that place only a fool would think they could get their order in 30 minutes or less. I have been several times and always order well ahead of time so I dont have to wait. Have never been there that I had to wait more than a couple of minutes. Normally I have ordered lunch items like pzones or cheesy breadsticks but i have ordered two full size pizzas and I must say i was not impressed. I had one half pepperoni and half cheese. On the cheese side there was a big slice that only had a sprinkling of cheese near the crust. They had a big chunk of the slice with no chees on it at all. On the other it was half and half also one half had black olives and there was an entire slice on that side with no olives at all. On the other side they had onions and bell peppers which one slice on that side also had neither of these items and I found a total of two slices of onion the entire side. that is why they get three stars. If it were for service only I would give 4 because every one had been very nice but they dont do anything extraordinary to recieve 5 stars. Also the other reviewer keeps saying horrible service but yet does not mention what was so horrible. Makes me think they are exaggerating.

Horrible service! Horrible service! Gave up waiting for food 40 minutes after they told me it would be ready. Got refund. OH YEAH HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!
