Came to my home on short notice, explained and fixed the problem, and gave advice on how to prevent similar problems in the future. JBL made an unpleasant experience not so unpleasant.

He showed up on time and fixed leaks under two rental properties. He did very good work. He was up front about cost and did not leave a mess. We are very happy with his work would definately call him again.

We thank you very much for renewing our hope that there are still companies out there who care about customers and treat them right.
