Its purpose is to preserve a family tradition along with the unique culture and beauty of the Bayou Region. We can be found at our century-old facility in Houma’s historic downtown district. Our story begins on the bank of Bayou Terrebonne during Prohibition. Our great grandmother Lily lit a fire under a small copper still, igniting a family tradition. The legend goes that the Revenuers turned a blind eye to Lily’s operation because her moonshine was too damn good.
