The salesman John is not only dishonest, he is the epitome of arrogant. This chub knows EVERYTHING, so don't try to tell him what someone else told you about service or contracts, he knows more than anyone else. He is lazy, and if can avoid doing paperwork he will at all costs. I needed a phone to use while in SD for a few years on a security contract. I was disillusioned by my first bill that was 3Xs what he said my first bill would be (unlimited everything, so my activity did not effect the bill). After several calls to Verizon I called Verizon corporate. They actually knew of him because of previous escalated complaints! Verizon is ok, but stay clear of this scamming chub.
