Every single time I order from...

Every single time I order from this place my order is wrong. EVERY TIME. Having worked in food service, I simply cannot fathom why it is so difficult to read a ticket and make something correctly. When you alert the manager that your order is wrong you get met with an unsympathic attitude and and a "Can you come pick up another one or you want us to send ya a gift card?". Ummm pretty sure I just want you to GET MY ORDER CORRECT!!!!! Plus how can I come and pick up another one tomorrow when you didnt even take my name down? Really? They need some work. I really didnt even want to give them one star but sadly this website wont let you give negative scores.
