very poor...I was home and they still did not leave the package the second time, when calling the first lady did not listen to me, and the second lady when I asked a question about why they needed a signature when I said they could leave it at my house was not that friendly at explaining their process, which I still don't understand. I was trying to be as friendly as possible but very disappointed and hope I have better experiences in the future.
