- All sessions are lead by your own personal certified Pilates and yoga instructor. Each session is specifically designed for the client depending on fitness level, experience, possible conditions/injuries or rehabilitative needs, and the goals of the client. Various packages are offered depending on the client's goals and preferences including nutrition and wellness counseling. Discounts and packages available. Power Lunch Yoga weekdays and Saturday morning sessions offered; privates available-- Hatha, Ashtanga, Kundalini, and Iyengar. The results you want for the changes you need at prices you can afford.
