It's gorgeous inside, easy to schedule an appt at, and very clean, my stylist was also very nice. Why just two stars? I get pedis every 4 weeks and always use the same salon however they have been getting sloppy so when I received a voucher in the mail to try the new location of this salon I figured I had nothing to lose.

I walk in and they take my hands and dip them in wax... I tried asking what we were doing but she couldn't communicate in English, now I can't text or check emails...exactly what I prefer to do as I unwind. I asked for a French with shorter nails and wider lines, I've recently had a baby and getting out is harder now! My stylist picked at my cuticles until they were raw! I am still sore and it's been nearly 2 weeks. My lines are wavy and uneven and worst of all my big toe had a HUGE air bubble that covered nearly half the nail! If I didn't have to rush home to a newborn I would have asked to have it fixed. However the icing on the cake was when as I was under the dryer I was told my fee was $7...ahhh the French upgrade! Now I always pay an extra $3 for this at MY salon but when a voucher is sent out it should state the French is extra this one did not. Needless to say I will never go back especially when they charge $15 more and the polish only lasts 10 days!
