Worst Customer Service I have ever encountered. Received my monogrammed jackets 5/3/18 that I ordered 3/13/18 and they were dirty. When I sent email, she replied back rudely and all but accused me of making it up.

I placed an order for the Quilted Pullover!
I ordered the Mint and it’s so perfect, it’s longer in the back to wear with leggings so of course I’m happy HA!

Customer Service was Fantastic!
I placed my order and ordered the wrong size! I emailed them a they changed it right away!
I ordered The Charles River New Englander Rain Jacket on the Small Saturday sale and received I‎t within 6 days! Super impressed with the quality and recommend them to anyone!
After reading reviews I just don’t believe I‎t as they were amazing with helping me.
Always two sides to everything!

My friend lives near here and always get the cutest things, so my mother and I decided to make a day of it and go check it out.
Very cute boutique with a wide variety of different things. The owners were super friendly and very hands on helping us pick out things.
We both ended up purchasing a few things and they Monogrammed them right then! Score!
They made us feel very welcome and comfortable, both were very down to earth and talkative. One had her small children with her and they were just the sweetest little things.
We will definitely take another girls day and go shopping there again.
Not to mention they had several machines running with lots of orders online.
Very hard working young ladies.

I haven't had a positive experience with this company. I ordered my sister a pullover for Christmas and it came right before and was great. However, my boyfriend purchased me the same item before I placed the order for my sister, and is still in the awaiting fulfillment phase. He tried contacting them several times and hasn't gotten a single response from them. I had also ordered the duck boots from here, which I had to check in to see when they were going to ship and when I did receive them, they were over 2 sizes too small. There is also no evidence of what size the boots are due to the fact that there is no sizing information anywhere on the boot nor the box. I contacted them wanting to know where to send them back and let them know I wanted a full refund, and once I tried to reason with them they stopped replying to me and blocked me from entering my account. I don't recommend purchasing anything off the website because this company is extremely difficult to contact and unprofessional when it comes to speaking with them.

I had the same experience with this business as the person below this comment. I ordered a monogrammed jacket on 11/26/16. I realize that they say on their page 5 weeks to complete an order, however I realized that I would no longer be at my current address and needed to change the shipping address. I then sent a email message on 12/12/16 using their page where you "contact" them to try to change the address. My order is still in the "awaiting fulfillment" status even as of today. They have not replied to my first email, so I sent another one on 12/19/16, and today is 12/22/16 with still no reply. I have screenshotted my messages and the status of my order today to dispute the charge with my bank so that they cannot jack me for the $12 cancellation charge they claim you have to pay if you cancel. When someone doesn't communicate from a business your bank WILL get the full amount you paid back if you have proof that you made attempts to speak to the people.

I ordered ONE item from this store about six weeks ago. The money has been taken from my bank account, however I haven't received my order or even a tracking number. I've tried contacting the business via email, Facebook, store phone number. My email from one week ago hasn't been answered, the Facebook message was answer almost 48 hours ago saying they were checking with "processing" and when I checked back with them they ignored the message. I then attempted to call, got no answer, and could not leave a voicemail because they have a full voice mail box. Even with the consideration of the holidays and longer processing time, this has gotten ridiculous. They're taking more orders up until last week to be delivered BY CHRISTMAS but my order from SIX weeks ago seems as though it won't be here at all. I'm giving it one more try and then I'm reporting to BBC and filing a claim to get my money back.

BEWARE!! My daughter ordered a monogrammed raincoat, received after more than a month, jacket was wrong size and wrong initials. Spoke with owner, she asked me to return and she would send a new jacket. Never received new jacket. Never received refund. They will take your money and lie to you. Reported to BBB, the boutique denied the entire matter. Look before you leap...
