5 Star Inspections is locally owned and operated by Ray Horn, TREC #20600. We are professional home inspectors who are trained and certified by the American Home Inspector Training Program. Our comprehensive home inspection includes nearly 400 different items that affect the safety, condition, and value of a home. We are a Disabled, Veteran-Owned Business and support many local Veteran organizations and other non-profit organizations in the community. Ray served 24 years on active duty, and has more than 40 years of experience in real estate transactions, rental property, and construction of manufactured housing, with an electrical and plumbing background. We are “First Responder, Law Enforcement, and Military” friendly, and will negotiate discounts when called. Ray has been in the El Paso and military community for more than 18 years and has a thorough knowledge of the transitions associated with these professions.
