I've been to many restaurants over the years. Some with great but overpriced food, some with cheap food and horrible service, and everything else in between. However, today around 2:00 on my way home, I decided to see what all the buzz was about at Dr. McCarthy's Kitchen. Needless to say, I was not disappointed whatsoever. Starting with the bread, it came with a herb-infused oil which went perfectly with the soft, yet toasted exterior. I decided to try the steak sandwich with vegetables and sriracha aioli, and it was superb. All of the flavors combined made for a euphoria of flavors and tenderness. The service was absolutely the most amazing that I have experienced in a very long time. Kalie was extremely attentive, kindhearted, and was very understanding during our conversation regarding my health and my business. Being a small business owner myself, I realize that some of the other small business owners in the area may become a bit jealous about a new business, but it's the businesses that truly care about the people like Dr. McCarthy's Kitchen that are what we really need around here. It's very safe to say that I will definitely be coming back here, and recommending it to all of my family and friends, both local and abroad.
