I went to the Mark 1 Auto Wash on Fort Campbell. Pulled up to the machine and payed the $10.00 for the super deluxe wash or whatever it was called. I sat there for about 30 minutes waiting on the auto wash to come on and nothing happend. I drove forwards and backwards atleast 5 times hoping to trigger some sort of sensor or something. I then called the number on the machine several times and left a message. Here i am 5 days later and i have still not been able to get in touch with them and they havent called me back. To top it off, they charged me the $10.00!!!!! I know its only $10.00 but im pretty upset about it. Atleast if your going to run a buisness you should stand behind it!!!!! I will continue to try and get in touch with them. Worst case, i will recommend that they be banned from operating any buisness on post.
