Poor workmanship and worse customer service. I had to ask another HVAC worker to check their work. I gave JDI a punch list and only some of the items were taken care of. Went behind them a second time to check work and found new problems (tears in the flex, un-insulated metal, flex lying on the ground in crawlspace). Price is right but not worth the hassle folks.
