Called to order was told to fax it so I did but after a week of not hearing anything I called to make sure they got the order. They said they got it but they were busy so it would take a week, They repeatedly delayed the order for well over a month promising to deliver on day then not showing up till finally we went to someone else.

Excellent service, superior quality and overall great guys to work with.
